MEC Motlhabane set to distribute animal drawn carts at Madibe-a-Makgabane village outside Mafikeng. The Community of Madibe-a-Makgabane are to receive Animal Drawn Carts. The Event is part of an initiative that is aimed at helping rural communities that are facing the challenge of transportation and economic opportunities. It is also a way of improving the use of non-motorist transportation, mobility and accessibility in rural areas. The Department of Community Safety and Transport Management together with the local tribal council conducted a scoping exercise to identify beneficiaries that are to receive these Animal Drawn carts.
